ok i was trying to fix the 002 error and one site told me to install this cios on my wii(ciosv38rev13_usbloader1.5.rar) so i did and now my coverfloader isnt working. im assuming they are not compatible with each other so could some one give me the link to a cios i should be using??

Use cIOS38_rev14.

If you have a new enough USB/CF version you should have a #002 error fix option to enable.

What game are you having issues with?

USB/CF im not sure what that is but about the game i was watching some videos on how to fix it using the main.dol file in partition 2 using wiiscribber but i dont have the option for partition 2 or even partition 1 for that matter. i only have partition 0. and the only reason im sticking with this method is so i dont have to use usb loader gx (ive had issues with it) and the gamma one. i like coverfloader and how it lays out the games.

but thats the cios that i installed and my coverfloader screwed up when i installed that new cios

or wait sorry they arnt the same cios ill give that a shot really quick

The reason you probably don't have the partition 1 or 2 is because you have an ISO of Wii Sports Resort that has been brick blocked.

Either download a full version of the game that has the update still intact or use google and search for RZTE.dol OR RZTE01.dol to use as the Alt_dol.

i screwed something up when i was installing cios... i found and installed (cIOS38_rev14-Installer.zip) so now when i go to coverfloder i get this dsi error or something and i went to 2 other laoders and they wouldnt recognize my hhd...

ok this is really ticking me off.... i screwed something up when i was installing a new cios... is there anyprogram that will go in and let me select my wads that i have installed and let me unistll them???? i never uninstalled my cios's when i installed a new one and i deleted the . wads so i cant go back in and uninstall all the damage ive done...at least i hope thats the problem...

well i got my loader halfway back... now i dont get the errors but it isnt recgonizing my hhd?? im going to try to reformat it and see if that helps but i have to first extract my iso's so i dont lose them... if you have and helpful suggestions about where i went wrong id gladly hear them...

well i finally got a loader to recognize my hhd. but unfortunately it was gx and not coverfloader but gx would be my second pick for a loder... and even if i got coverfloader to work i dont think they have the 002 fix.

but you were saying something about searching for (RZTE.dol OR RZTE01.dol to use as the Alt_dol.) ----well i culdnt find it but i found a site where is warned you against doing this and said you need to use your own??? i would prefer to fix the files themselves to they work with any loader but i dont know how to do this because i dont have partition 1 or 2. i only have partition 0

and help would be greatly apreciated

i found out what was my problem... it was the cios38 rev14 you had me install. because after i had it working i installed that then they stopped working again... not that hard to fix now that i know what the problem was.

problem one- couldnt get wii resort to work

problem two(a)- installed a new cios to see if it would fix problem before i knew that cios had nothing to do with problem

problem two(b)- the new cios caused my usb loaders to glich and not work.

i think thats all of it .. wait oh yeah and my wii resort iso well all of my iso's for that fact only have partition 0. they dont have partitions 1 or 2. but that doesnt matter since i found out that coverfloader had the 002 fix built into it.

but thank you for your help. i would still be struggling with the 002 fix if it wasnt for some post i found that you posted. after a whole day of researching i finally figured out what you were talking about lol

so once again thanx XD

now to get the wii motion + so i can acctually play the stupid resort game... all that work and i still cant play it...

If your using the latest version of Coverflow then cIOS38_rev14 should work.

lol well ... it doesnt.

unless version 1.1 isnt the latest but i went to a site that i assume was the homepage and that wqs the newest one they had. but every loader i tried didnt work.. but i didn notice something. the one you sold me to use was 38 but the one i used was cios 36

would that make a diff in any way??

cIOS38_rev14 is the newest cIOS. cIOS36_rev# is an older version.
