Hi Guys,

I have a uk pal Wii
Menu 4.1e
Serial prefix LEH2******

So Far I've installed the homebrew channel and installed backup loader.
However when I click Launch game, it just returns back to the menu.

I've heard my Wii version may be unhackable. Is there anything I can do to play my backups, whould getting a mod chip work?

Hi there go here mate http://adewii.wordpress.com/2009/07/29/h...herorusbloader/ this guy got me sorted ( He also didnt pis* and moan about helping people unlike some people around here !! ) I have a LAH114 model wii and this guy helped me softmod it with ease Im playing backup wii games gamecube games. Backing games up over wifi I have installed wii ware, emulators and custom channels Make sure your system menu is 4.1 Then get into it Also on your model you will most probaly need a gamecube controler to make a backp with bootmii :) install bootmii make a backup then folow his guide

If your confused ask and ill help you out :) Make sure after you do the Trucha bug Restorer and restored IOS15 try install preloader and if you get a error mesage let me know and ill help you install preloader before you go any further :) Also this method should work with any wii model .

Thanks maDdoggn,

We're back in business, it worked, well 3 hours later that was.
Those tutorials didnt exactly run smoothly. when loading wad manager I have to select ISO35 or I get errors.

After pulling all my hair out I can now play Mario Kart.

Time for bed now, its 12:50 in the morning at my time.
