GTA IV helicopterr- Annihalator gun mods?

Does anyone know the correct Settings to make the annihlator guns fire at exactly the same rate as with normal bullets, have exactly the same range, but explode like a rocket laucher would? I'm talking about editing through IV needle.

At the moment it seems ok apart from the rockets explode to close to when i fire them : /

here are my current settings for the 'minigun' which i assume is the helicopter guns:

slot: HEAVY
fire type: PROJECTILE
damage type: EXPLOSIVE
group: ROCKET
target range: 100.0
weapon range: 9999.0
clip size: 9999
ammo max:
time between shots: 100.0
stat type:

Is their anything i can do to make it more like the old annihlator guns, except hit with rocket damage instead? any suggestions would be great.
