my computer does not have a dvd on it.....but how can i still view vob files?.....is there some program that will allow me to do that?

rename the .VOB to .MPG and then play in your normal media player

power dvd will let you view vobs from your hd .i think windvd also has a dvd player(iv never used windvd so cant be sure)
