I have install Bootmii as an IOS and not boot2, I was reading that I should back up my NAND to prevent bricking the Wii, is this still possible the way I have install bootmii or is there another option?
I have managed to load up the Homebrew channel but I am getting lost installing other apps, mainly BACKUP LAUNCHER.
How is it possible to get the backup launcher installonto the main menu, as it is just now it is on my SD card.
i beleive you can still back up your nand with it installed as ios (bootmii) but that wont help you if you brick it because bootmii needs to be installed as boot2 so it will start before the wii starts. but you could install it as an ios then back up the nand then use preloader if you everbrick it. anyone correct me if im wrong.
about getting apps. go HERE to download home brew browser. then copy it to the apps folder in your sd card. from there you can run the program in the HBC. then in the home brew browser you can download different apps.
