How do you make your 360 get RROD?

I have a system that is utter crap it is old and has a bad dvd drive and doesn't read any disc. I called MS and said it has RROD so they are sending me the package to ship it but I need to make it get RROD, anyone know a surefire way to get this done without messing up and getting some other error like E74.

Update:

I have tried the towel wrapping but the console just shuts off automatically. Still green rings when turned on even directly afterwards. Then tried heating it in the towel for 15 mins and throwing it in the freezer for 10 mins about 3 times in a row... still the xbox 360 is working fine.

Anyone have any suggestions?

The towel trick on the 360 is used to CURE the RROD >_<

You are only supposed to overheat the GPU (I think) there are plenty of tuts on it

Well the towel trick does more damage than good when used. I am thinking overheating it and then freezing it right away would cause cracks or something in the board which I read is the trigger for the 3RROD to occur.

Just tell M$ that its an intermittent isuse and sometimes it plays OK for hours but others it wont even play for 10 mins.

All you need to do is tell them that it has the RROD. i've sent in consoles without video, broken dvd drives and they've never not repaired them. i don't think they even turn them on.

Right now that is what I am going on... Should I call them back and say the console works periodically and freezes/gets the rings every so often?
