Hi, I have no idea how to update the Digivox that i got.
I bought a usb cable that connects the pc to the box. Is that the wrong item do i need to buy something different.
When i go to the 1004 menu and click on Nagravision nothing happens.
I really hope you can help me as i have tried to look for the answers on the fourms but end up getting confused.

I think so. Had no idea what Flash meant. I have a Digivox XL USB only got it last week.

sarah i hate to be the bearer of bad news but this box is useless to you at the moment provided youre living in ireland (will work in england)nagravision 3 has been rolled here and as there is no fix available now or for the forseeable future. you could return that box within seven days to youre supplier for a refund,my advice to you is not to purchase any box for the moment until we see what is going to happen,keep an eye to these threads for further updates.........

I thought as much after reading a few more of the forums. I bought it about three weeks ago but was away. Will all the channels go or just Sky.

you should have over 100 channels on your box at the moment if its flashed if not reply back and ill sort your box out for you.
