installing homebrew - unable to mount file system

Hi guys

Iam trying to install the homebrew on my wii. After installing the homebrew, then exit i will get the message " unable to mount system, could not flush log into SD".???

I have the versin 4.1E

and LEH234

SD card - format fat32

Try using a diffrent SD card.
