say my xbox 360 with ix rrods and i have seals still good can i return to ms for repair? do they check the drives fw?

They will usually don't check, but there's always a chance.

Next time search, this has been answered before. And in future make a proper title, nobody is going to want to help you with an undescriptive title like that.
