I'm pretty sure you can just put the hard drive in from the old 360.

I was under the impression that if I did that I would get banned again.

The other thing is I have bought an elite which has a bigger hard drive than my old premium, so I would prefer to be able to transfer my saves to the larger hard drive.

You could migrate your profile, right? Never done it before, so I don't have any experience in that field.

I know you can migrate your profile, but that takes your live settings, such as xbla purchases and so forth. Not game saves. Think, if it did, that would mean every persons game saves would have to be uploaded to xbox lives servers, which doesn't happen.

I think you might be out of luck. I atleast do not know a way to do that. Sorry man.

If anyone else knows of a way, do share so I can learn something new.

Isn't there like some transfer cable you can buy? I might be wrong, though.

I have found this http://forums.maxconsole.net/archive/index.php/t-136693.html while looking around for info.

Anyone know if this will work?

Are they right when they say you can get banned again when all the achievements unlock when you load up the new saves?

Use your old hard drive.

You won't get banned.

If not call up 1-800-4myxbox and request a migration cable. You might want to read up what you should say exactly but they will send you one for free.

I also have quite a few live arcade games on the old 360. Would they get transfered over as well, or will I loose them?
