Hey, I'm trying to fix a 360 that I bought. I opened it up to fix it and it's missing some screws. It's missing the heatsink screws and also 2 of the 3 screws that hold on the board with the lights on the front.
If anyone knows the sizes for these and maybe even a part number, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
And for the record I did do a search before posting.

Hi All:

Talismoon has a replacement set ($6.95 USD @ consoleshop).

I no longer have a dial caliper so I can't give exact measurements, sorry.

The screws that hold the X-Clamp to the cage are the same as the RF screws. If you are missing the metal part that holds the X-Clamp on you might as well do a RRoD repair.

I never screwed my RF board back on after my RRoD repair. The housing holds it in place quite well.

You can try eBay for a cheaper ( and probably longer shipping time ) replacement kit.

If I can I will make it to the machine shop today and get you some solid measurements on those little buggers.

I was able to get a bag with the right size screws from Radio Shack (Circut City) in Canada. I just bought the piece in and tested all the screws to see if they would work and I also needed to pick up some bolts for the back. In the end the xbox 360 ones were easier to put on so I used the ones from the heatsink to keep the power board on.

Thanks guys. I've actually seen the full replacement kits on ebay. I just need the little black screws so I don't really want to buy the whole $6 kit. Plus waiting for things to arrive by mail kills me.
I think I'm going to just bring in the one screw I do have and try to find a match.
