New DVD Drive, Help

My friend gave me his broken 360 that can't read DVD's, another friend gave me his Red Ringed 360, they both have the same dvd drive, the Toshiba/Samsung TS-H943A, so I swapped the Drives. When I rebooted the 360 it seemed to work fine, I put a movie in to test the new dvd drive, and it worked perfectly. Then I put a game in and I got this Screen.
I was told I had to flash the drive, but all the flashing guides only have steps to flash it to some hacked firmware. Is there a way I can flash it normal 360 firmware?

Each XBOX 360 has a unique drive key, and when you swapped drives, the DVDkeys did not match. What you need to do is swap the PCB board, not the drive itself.

Since you're doing this process, if you are even slightly interested in backups, you should go ahead and flash it to iXtreme.

I thought about it, but all the games i'd want to play, my friends have, so its basically the same concept. But Thanks :D
