I have a couple of friends with the starview 3 and i can't get the talking off the film channels i have tried the audio button and it will not go off ive tried this on both boxes has something happend and is there a fix for the problem?

when u press audio on problem channel u select the other option

i have tried that i works on my usb super but it dosent with the starview 3 tried it on 2 boxes and have the same problem any ideas?

try deleting the problem channel then manual scan on the frequency then try the audio button?

its better to want something and not have it,
then to have it and not want it...

iv seen this problem...although on the sv4 its easy to turn off,the sv3's have no option for this....maybe its best to delete the chanel and then rescan back in...but its a temp fix....

Had the same problem with digivox, I deleted a channel then rescanned, seems to have stopped the narrator for now, but i did a full rescan the other day, so looks like they keep turning the narrator on.
Probably new firmware needed to stop this from re occuring

factory reset first then scan and emu to on.
