Please help with Wii mod Can't install ciosv7 to ios35

I ran the DowngradeIOS35 fine then when I go to the Wad manager to install ciosv7 to ios35 the controller shuts off when I try to select ios35. Please help me through this because I need to get this done I have been at it for hours. Thanks ahead of time.

And I have done this about 20 times before so I am not a noob I just need some advice and I have been reading stuff all day and haven't solved anything.

Wow this is great I appreciate the help...not. I donate and everything and no one can help me WTH. I have tried about 30 different guides and cios7 still won't install as ios35, wiimote just turns off when I select 35

You need to have some patience.

Everyone that can help doesn't live on After dawn. We all have other things going on in our life.

Try following the 4.1 softmod guide in my sig.

If that doesn't work then try following this guide HERE.

I did the one in your sig and I will try the other one tomorrow. Thanks for the response and sorry about the tude but I am just so frustrated at this point because I have done this plenty of times in like 15 mins.

If you tired the 1 in my sig then why are you trying to install ciosv7?

I don't even have that in the guide.

I have bootmii installed and the HBC god know how long that took.<-This was done after failing the steps under this by a different method
I did these steps: Go to Data Management then choose Channels followed by SD
Choose "Yes" to load boot.dol
LoadMii will then load.
Press "A" on the WiiMote.
Go down to DowngraderIOS35.dol and run it by pressing "A" on the WiiMote.
Choose downgrade IOS35 and then let it do its buisness, then choose exit dontinstall the patchmii or dvdx
You'll be back in LoadMii now.
Go down and run Wad Manager 1.4 by pressing "A" on WiiMote.
Just select normal settings (don't change IOS)
Install IOS35.wad.
Exit Wad Manager 1.4 by pressing "HOME"
You'll be back in LoadMii.
Run Wad Manager again, when it asked what IOS to use Select IOS35(THIS IS WHERE THE CONTROLLER SHUTS OFF AND I CAN'T CONTINUE)

That link wasn't a guide it just tells you what 4.1 affects. This is insane. If you can get me through this I will do anything lol. I have bootmii and the home brew channel I just can't run backups or anything else. I don't have ios249 so the other stuff won't install and like I said ios35 is being a bitch.
