I have tried every thing to get this drive to give up its keys.
the way my drive is setup is it is connected to my onboard sata which i know works because it detects my drive in JF and Xtractor reader. i have a usb xtractor and my xbox is powering the drive. i do the half open tray trick, touch the usb xtractor to my r707 slot , getting a blue light, attempt to read the keys and all i get is Serial Data Bad. any ideas ?
Thanks to those who are willing to help

I haven't had a chance to use the USB Xtractor. If there are any drivers for it, make sure they are installed. Also, in JF under DVDkey32 tab, there is a USB Xtractor Switch box that would need to be checked.

i was having the same problem. wat i found out was that the power cycle was done wrong by me. thats wat i did.
1. pres eject on ck3 den turn ck3 off.
2. push tray half in. turn ck3 on.
3. press eject drive will open. the press eject again drive will close.
4. try extracting key now.

Eject the tray and then unplug the DVD drive power cord. Push the tray halfway in and plug the power cord back up. Be very careful plugging that cable back up. Make sure you aren't plugging it upside down.
