just got the starview 4 set it up put the telewest cable in the back ran the automatic scan but i can only get bbc and itv nearly every other channel has a $ sign next to it and doesnt come on anyone help me im clueless.

hi jim after you have done a scan you have to make sure the key emu is on before you can access the encryted channels with dollar signs, to do this press menu 1570 then turn the key emu to on,exit and it updates and then you should be up and running.hope this helps

on you sv 4 press menu then 1570 go down to :keycode: then turn that on

Hi guys, im having problems trying to find the emu key, when i press menu then 1570 nothing happens im at the main menu and it says installation, channel edit, user setup, system setup and usb and when i press 1570 nothing happens? plz help

if you have flashed your box,menu1570 keycode to on and exit out.

What's the story any help with a dead Box super USB here? Tryabit was banned when I went to send him a pm so I had to make a post instead. It has a red light on optical output but no LED's on the front, anyone else experienced this?

newbi to this. used to have sky, got a starbox4 last week conected it up but found no channels yet, tried menu1570 but nothing comes up. i have it connected to my old sky cable (still connected to sky box in another room) do these boxes work from this cable or am i doing somthing else wrong, please help anyone. in munster (ireland)

Yeh your using a cable box on a satellite feed it wont work, you need a satellite box with a satellite tuner.

do starbox do satelite boxes or is there any any other way i could connect it up like an ordinary airiel or something

You will get all FTA channels for the rest you'll need to google cardsharing or premium servers as discussion isn't allowed here ;)
