Capture Game Video And Upload

I am trying to capture game video (and audio) from my computer, and then upload this video on some site which I can link people to. I tried using fraps, however the three minute video it captured was 6 gigs, far too large to upload. Is there any way I can get a much smaller sized video? Also, if so, which site would be best to upload them to?
