I just burned a game, and it is only stealth patched, It could not be verified using abgx360. The game is set to release Sep 1st, Would I get banned via xbox live if I attempted to play this?

what does verified even mean?

I know others have the full game due to legal means, so I'm just curious whether or not a non-verified but stealth game would be bad.

Should I just wait till its verified?

Any tips would be appreciated.

when the game is released, it gets uploaded to agbx and they verify that it is the "real deal", if the game is not released yet, typically that mean agbx has no "real retail game" to verify your burn against, so it will say it cannot verify it, as the copy you have could be corrupted. the only real way to know is when the game actually gets released. no one knows how or why M$ bans, so i wouldnt even bother asking anymore about the bannings. i play games without checking them and have been for awhile now, and have yet to be banned. if you are worried, then WAIT.
