I have been doing some reading on this I have seen to have this problem

I burned sports resort to my dvd-r.
It loads up I see it comes up in the channel but when I press start it locks up on a black screen.

I followed the instructions on NEW AND IMPROVED WII SOFTMOD GUIDE ! by larry,

Everything worked ok, I launch the game through neogammer and I have 2 problems, there is no color and the screen jumps over and over.

Is there any suggestions?

You have 2 choices.

Option 1) Get the NTSC version of the game

Option 2)Use component cables instead of composite cables to hook to the TV (you can not force NTSC with this game).

Hi Larry,

Great post by the way.
I decided to download it "Wii_Sports_Resort_NTSC_USA."'
What does the NTSC mean? and is it normal for previous games I burnt to a dvd not work. To get them to work I have to run the game through neogamma?

I would really like to try running this usb or sd card. I have both.
If I run this sd card, do I just copy the downloaded game on sd and insert it in the wii console? then what do I use to run it?

You need to do a little homework and research what all of this stuff is. Don't expect anyone to hand it all to you on a platter.
