but i would think MS would have a way to see/determine what size of a hard drive you are using (20, 60, 120). and if you are using a 250 gig HD before its even on the market, then they would know it was done via hacking a BEVS, or whatever is the new model HD.

just like playing ODST tonight if it ever gets finished uploading, MS knows its not being sold, so you MUST have downloaded it, thus an easy banning.
