cant flash eurovox ex100 sl

i have a eurovox ex1000 sl. i bought it from the internet. i tried flashing it but it freezes on the system reset. i have tried several times. the box has th fta(free to air) software.please help me fix it

try doing a factory reset and then putting the firmware on and make sure its correct & up to date
try that and let me know how you got on.

i know this might sound a bit silly but are you sure that you have the correct firmware for that box you will get it in eamos library click below, i really cant understand why it freezes?? have you tried doing it with a different laptop!

yes tried it. it says sending goes to about 30% then freezes.

did you buy the box from a supplier or just another person
cos if it was from the supplier you can ask him to swap it asits not working proper also if it has never been flashed you should have no problem getting a refund or another box
other wise get back on to the person you got it of if it was a private sale and tell him its not working proper
also if you paid by paypal you can put in a dispute claim saying the product is not doing what its supposed to do
but im out of answers as to why it wont flash
maybe you could look in the other threads and ask in there maybe someone can tell where the problem lies
