I recently just burned a few xbox games. When I put them into my computer I get a window that pops up saying please play them on an xbox. How come I cant play them on my computer? I paid for the game so should I not be able to play it where I choose?

this reminds me of when i found a pair of lamborghini keys and tried starting my grand prix with them, and it didnt magically turn into a 250k car and do 245MPH.
but seriously, how in the hell did you make it past a newbie if you honestly thought you could play 360 games in a computer? however, you can play burnt PS3 games in your computer though, you just need the first blue ray reader, the first burner, and the 50 gig discs in order for it to work.

K guys, I called Microsoft like "uturn68" suggested, about how the burned copies would not work on my computer, and the hole time I was on the phone they were just more interested in getting my personal information like my name address and that stuff. Is this so they can send me some kind of instructions? I think it would have been easier if they emailed me something or helped me on the phone.

well if you gave them your correct address, they will actually come to your house and show you the proper way to play 360 games on your PC. after this, bill gates will call you every other day to make sure everything is going alright and if you would like a 7 digit salary to be a game tester for sony.

Actually all of you are mistaken, especially you, wabashman. All he has to do is send the two games he burned, to Microsoft, along with his 360 console. Microsoft will then disgard those two DVDRDLs (which are probably Memorex or Aone) and replace them with properly stealth patched, burned, ABGX360'd VERBATIM DVD+R DL Singapore made media. Also they will check his console and flash iXtreme 1.51/1.6 onto it, to ensure he can play the new Verbatims flawlessly. They will also throw in a complimentary 250GB BEV series Western Digital hard drive and TWO modded rapid-fire controllers, along with seven years of Xbox Live. But to get this service, he MUST send it to them and include a prepaid return shipping address label with his EXACT name and address, so there are no mistakes as to who the cops come to pick up........ I meant, where they are to ship the stuff back to, um yeah, that's what I meant.
