My system has the Argon chip in it, 4.0 US, and is right now nothing more than a doorstop. When I turn the TV on all I get is a black screen. I *did* have homebrew and preloader .29 installed, but apparently since I uninstalled the isos, that may have removed them. I have made a nand backup using what program I forget which. Is there anyway to go back in, install some isos via the wad manager, or at the very least use a USB Gecko to reinstall the NAND? Also, no, I do not have SaveMii since I can't ever find a place that sells them, and yes, I did try modchipcentral.

It is IOS not ISO and as you can see you should never uninstall an IOS under 200. Those are system files that make the Wii run.

Do you have a Gamecube Controller? If so look up Savemiifrii.

Did you try to get into Preloader (hold reset down while turning on the system).

Did you try using an autoboot disc with a game update on it?

Did you have Bootmii installed?

I have tried the gamecube controller with no success. As for Preloader, yes, I did have it installed, but when I hole down reset, nothing happens. I think one of the IOS numbers I deleted was 60 which may explain things. Bootmii I've actually tried, but all it did was intall the homebrew channel, DVDx, and I forget what else, so the option of restoring the NAND that way is out of the question.

As for an autoboot disc how do you make them? I could use some information in this area. Also, just to make sure everyone understands, when I turn the Wii on, it looks a lot like when I turn it off ie. nothing loads, nothing comes up, no system error messages, no sysyem menu, no homebrew/preloader nothing. The only thing I hear is the (empty) disc drive trying to search for a disc.

You don't know if you installed Bootmii as Boot2 or IOS?

What happened/didn´t happened when you tried the GC controller? I´ve heard people had to restart like 30 times to get it to work sometimes. Otherwise you should be able to connect the four buttons with wires.

I got a wireless controller so as to perform a savemiifrii, and thankfully, I can just depress the thing so I don't have to do some unscrewing. Bad news: I'm out of luck. It didn't help one bit. I did make sure it was in the forth port, but things didn't improve any. Also I think I installed bootmii as an IOS file, but my memory is a little sketchy on that part. I do remember installing homebrew from hackmii.

Also, if it helps any, when I say nothing comes up, I mean it literally. If I hadn't disabled the health-warning message in preloader I'd know if it was something more serious. Is there a way to do anything with USB Gecko or some other piece of hardware I could use to dump a nand into the Wii?

I think the fact I deleted IOS 60 is what doomed me. Anyway, just like the guy in this video, I'm suffering from the same problems.

So, unless I can dump a fresh NAND into it, or else find a disc that will autoload the required IOS into it, I can't think of anything else.
