Windows wont load with TS-H943A plugged in...

i have a msi k8n neo 4 motherboard with nforce4 sata and sil 3114 sata ports. when i hook up my TS-H943A to my sata ports on my computer bios sees it but when it gets to windows it wont load up just locks at splash screen. any one help?

if there was a way to do this over dos it would work, but in order to make dos bootable using Ipreb ( or iprep) i need the software to find the drive and cant do that cause windows wont boot up with drive plugged in

iprep does not need to detect the drive when you are creating your usb bootdrive. Just select the firmware you want to use for whatever drive, select your usb drive, make sure it's set to make it bootable, and once that is done then you restart and do it in dos.

If you want to boot into windows unplug the sata cable and then plug it in after windows boots and use JungleFlasher, That should detect it, if not got to the dvdkey32 tab and tick the include non-IDE box.

ok i got it to flash. what i had to do was uninstall my nforce drivers and install generic ide drivers. and booted up just fine after that

Are you trying to use it to back up games? If so use xbox backup creator.
