I just bought an Xbox 360 and need info how to flash it. i see a few different threads out there but whats the best way to do it and where do i and download the program to do so?

Ok, you need to look at those threads, because that's the best information you can get. You will need to know what drive you have before you go modding it, so we can't be of any help until you find what drive you have.

A brand new 360 is going to be a Lite-ON. What is your manufacturer date on the console? This will help you narrow down whether it is a 83850C or 74850C.

I agree leerage, it can be the LiteOn if he bought it new. But if it was used, then it could be something else.

I guess I should have asked if it was new or not first...
