Reinstalling Soft Mod after a System Format

Ok, my Wii system was reset. No big deal I thought, I have everything on a SD card. Well, I get the preloader v0.29 screen, I go to Systemmenu, go to settings, etc to load the HBC again. I get this messege:
What do I need to do to reinstall the HBC?
NTSC sys w/ 4.1u

I am not sure and don't know how to check. My system was fully modded by the guide previously, so I installed everything the guide showed.

Can you boot games from the normal disc channel?

I put an original disk in, then it said it needed to perform a system upgrade. It rebooted then after then yes, it played an original disk.

Ok, started going through Larry's guide, and finished the Trucha Bug Restorer. Now I am getting a System is corrupt error.

Why follow that guide if you already had done the softmod?
Do you have Preloader installed?
Did you install IOS60Patched after Preloader?
Would help if we new actually what you have done so far.

I did the IOS60Patched and it seems to work fine now.

If you installed Preloader before patching IOS60 then you probably need to run Preloader .29 again.
