Beatles Rock Band - Stuck at Black screen

I burned it twice on a Memorex and Verbatim at 2X. 75% of the time, the game will get stuck after the splash screen at a blak screen before the beatles intro vid starts.
Any suggestions? Should I burn again a 3rd time on a Verbatim?
This problem happen to anyone else?
I have 10+ Memorex games and 4 Verbatim disks, I never run into problems with those, just this Beatles game....
sum1 already had stevedawg and stevedawg85 is longer than 10 chars :(

try installing it to your HD and see if it works that way.

awesome!
worked on first try, too scared to exit and try again :P. I'll update this thread if it don't work in the future
And yah, evthing checked out thru abgx.

Go to Console Settings, then Display, and then HDTV settings. Set it to Optimal Resolution and give it a whirl again.

wow - thanks for the install to hard drive tip. worked like a dream. i've been tearing my hair out all night about this! can i suggest that you up this tip to a sticky somewhere - and post it liberally around the net perhaps (!) as this is the only place i've seen a solution to the problem.

what loader are you's using with hard drive and do you need to change any settings, ie 002 fix, alt.dol etc.
i had to install a new loader for guitar hero 5 but that same fix didn't work for beatles.

When my friend got home the game did the same thing. It worked at my house. I had him change the settings again.. any ideas

ok guys its defo NOt the game!!!!!!
i think its a dodgy update on the game.
i have LIPS and i did an update the other day guess its for wireless mics on new rock band games etc...
i loaded this copy of the beatles game and no update at all off disc so i assume update was applied from a previous game. ie:lips, guitar hero GH/5
i defragged hd before burning, checked image for stealth, loaded clonecd, used a verbatim DL, burnt at 2.4x
my dvd drive is hitachi gd also use lite-on latest no problem at all plays perfect.
just a few ideas... maybe clear cache on xbox
Clear the Cache on the Xbox 360
To clear the cache on the Xbox 360 do the following:
Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the System Blade, and select Memory.
Highlight the HD symbol and press Y.
Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X.
You will see a confirmation message to confirm system maintenance, proceed.
load a copy of lips/GHWT, GHGh, Rock band 2 accept update
then try beatles..

hi i tried to instal to HD , keeps saying disk is scratched or dirty. but it is a new cd and is not dirty or scratched, and my tv is not HD, so in settings i dont have the HD settings in display available to me.
anything else i could try?

I have a banned 360 now, b4 the ban i was playing this game on it playing via HDD. but now i cant, and i get the black screen now playing from disc. now if i switch my Resolution Optimal it works but picture sucks its not playing in 1080P. any one have any new ideas this post is kinda old so maybe someone knows something new.

If anyone has any suggestions other than copying the game to the hard drive and changing the HDTV settings, please let us know. I am having the same black screen problems after the opening credits and am not able to copy to the hard drive or change HD settings.

this is old thred but maybe people still watchin it i found that when you start the game as soon as the pic is about to disapere it froze well if you hit the xbox button in the middle of the controller just as it is about to go it will freze for second then reapere and the game will start no need to mess with settings ps sorry about the spelling lol

seems to work for me 4 out of 5 times, thnx, its a paine but hey, gotta do what ya gotta do :D

hi there can anybody point me in the right direction. i have the xbox 360 beatles rockband wireless and i cant get the guitar or drums to connect to the console and the batteries are brand new, can anyone help?
