How to Rip "Beatles Rock Band" onto PC?

So I got sick of waiting for Beatles Rock Band to hit newsgroups and went out and just rented it.
Now I have ripped 360 games before using my 111D Drive on my PC
and also using "Xbox Backup Creator" for those pesky Wave3 games.
So I put Beatles Rock Band in the drive, I then click READ on XBC, and nothing?
Is there some new Program I should use to Rip the game?

Yes it has but That one has issues, Black screen and such...
I was waiting on a Proper upload.
And yes i'm using xbc.v2.9.0.306

get the best buy exclusive demo one. no problems with it. and perhaps you should get the kreon drive if you actually want to rip the games the proper way.

Change your HDTV settings to Optimal Resolution on the 360.

I didn't know those could rip xbox360 discs. I used to own one of those.
