Eurovox Audio Description issue

Hi all,

I'm having issues with the Audio description coming on on my Eurovox box over several channels and not being able to get rid of it.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem? I've tried the audio button the remote but that does nothing. I'm also after the correct channel frequencies for all the adult & film channels as no matter how many times I scan, I cannot seem to find them all :(

I'm in the Telepest West Mids area

press the red button on the remote,a menu will come up,there are only two options,choose the oposite one to what is highlighted.repeat for other channels :-)
