Is there/ will there be/ could there be, a hack to remove the requirement of having to use the motion+ adaptor in certain gamesi.e. Sports resort?

Not a chance, how could there be? the regular wiimote needs to be pointed at the screen, there are movements in these games that can't possibly be done if you could only point at the screen.

the games that have motion+ in them were specifically designed for them. if you did manage to bypass it you would only have half the controls you need to play the game...

it wouldn't make any sense
