You have and odst iso that passes abgx? Afaik the french odst didn't pass abgx (i haven't tried myself though).

What brand discs are you using? Other then that it is the dodgy iso, wait until the game comes out and buy it then back it up. Downloading games off the internet is illegal, with all fairness this thread should be closed.

ODST is a wave 3 game. You need iXtreme 1.51 or higher to play wave 3 games.

There are currently two copies of ODST floating around. One is the French PAL release which is missing game data. This copy is absolutely unsafe to play. The other is an NTSC release by Allstars, and appears to be good. There is currently no entry in the ABGX360 database for ODST, however, so there's no way to be sure this release is safe yet.
