I recently go my xbox 360 lite on drive flashed. my xbox is much louder than it was before i got it flashed. it also makes a really loud grinding noise whenever a disc is inside which doesnt seem to go away even when im in the middle of a game. the 360 also has a lasery type of noise to it. ever since i got it flashed the disc tray makes a loud noise whenever i open or close it..before i got it flashed my 360 was silent even when games were playing..now its always making that grinding noise. btw i got back this 360 from microsoft around april 09 .it was manufactured in september 2008 (my old one got 3 RED LIGHTS)any help would be appreciated.. thanks

The noise is normal. Install your game to the hard drive.
