problem burning xbox 360 games

I have a noob question for anyone whose willing to help. I've been trying to burn a 360 game of which i recently downloaded. I have a dual layer burner and im using memorex dvd+r dl disks (i no should be using verbatim). abgx was used and i have all green on the checks. When i try burning the game using xbox backup creater i get an error saying:

Action:Set layer 0 capacity
sense error: 5/27/00
write protected
cdb: send dvd structure
0xBF 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 0c 00 00

any help would be much appreciated.

yes abgx said it was fine. then when i open xbox backup creator and click start to burn that error comes up.

could it be that i got a bad batch of memorex dvd+r dl? If i got verbatim dvd+r dl would it fix the problem? Could i use dvd+rw dl to fix the problem?
