Are they any different in build than a Premium/Arcade etc. boxes? Better components or are they exactly the same with a black case?

I was actually going to post the same question, although a bit differently. Dell has a deal right now where you can get an elite for 250 shipped free. I know they have the new Jasper chip, what are they using for the dvd drive?
