No this is a DEEP scratch about half way into the disk so i can start the game but the moment it gets anywhere near that part of the disk [~14%] Everything stops, Also this disk has been cleaned, put through my local game stores "disk-fixer" and no change, hence the reason im trying to use the XPORT

I have no idea what you just said, This is a thread about using Xport and UN-modded consoles, im assuming since you mentioned a burner yours is modded.

Still looking for help. Although once i get my hands on my xport i may just be able to work it out for my self, but comparing the way a game is stored on the HDD via a 360 install to the disks data from my backup

Isn't this your first burn? Perhaps it's just a bad burn. Have you tried scanning the disc for errors? Did you verify the disc when you burned it with ImgBurn?

abgx360 will obviously say that the stealth check fails if you've deliberately patched the game from wave 3 to wave 2. The error message at the bottom of the log is there because it can't find the wave 3 file on your computer to attempt an autofix, but obviously you don't want to autofix it, as that will make it a wave 3 game again which won't work on your old firmware.

EDIT - Actually, the reason it's not updating is because you've patched the game. If you look inside the wave 3 ISO, it contains the update folder. If you've patched the game to wave 2, that update folder won't be present on the burned disc.

ok so how do i update it then? is there a separate newest update i can download? im thinking your right, but if the patched removed the update how am i to possibly update it then? What is the update do you know? cant be the nxe i have it already

Should i connect it to live? and let it update as it usually does? im really confused and sorry for my inexperience

Can't you connect to Live? There have been 2 updates since NXE, although whatever is on the Batman disc can't be the second update, as the wave 3 ISO is older than that update.

If you can't connect to Live then you could download the wave 3 ISO (from the abgx360 site), then extract the $SystemUpdate folder from it, place that on a USB stick and attach it to your 360. It should update from there, but I haven't tried it so try it at your own risk.

EDIT - If you're not banned, then your best bet is to update your 360 to the latest iXtreme, then you can forget about patching games before you burn them. It's already causing you hassle and it's potentially increasing your risk of getting banned.

Copy the Update to a USB Flash Drive
If you don't have an Xbox LIVE account or have a slow Internet connection, using a USB flash drive is a good option.

Note: The USB flash drive must use the FAT32 file system.

Update using a USB flash drive:

1. Connect your USB flash drive to a USB port on your computer.
2. Click here to begin downloading the update folder. Save it as "$SystemUpdate_Fall08_7371.zip" anywhere on your computer.
3. Unzip the File.
4. Copy the contents from the unzipped folder onto the root of your flash drive.
5. Safely remove the flash drive from your computer and plug it into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console. If your console is on, turn it off, then back on. The update program will start automatically.
6. Select Yes, update now. When you see the new dashboard, you're done.

Since then i just updated my firmware, but this is how i did it. but the update on the Batman game isnt the NXE so if you got the latest update, do the same thing. just use your newer update
