Hitarchi 79 fl issue

I have been trying to flash this hitatchi79 fl w/ixtreme 1.4 firmware already on it, to iextreme 1.51. I have tried both the jungle flasher tutorial and tried firmware toolbox. I can't dump the firmware from the drive. I get a error messages and I don't know why. So far Here is the steps I have completes, please not I also need to restore or dump the current firmware.
Meathod:
Usb to Sata cable
Xbox to power
Slax Cd
Xbox 360 game original.
1. Burned slax cd, and put drive in mode b.
2. Burned audio unlock for 79fl in jungle flasher. At this point it will either lockup or eject the disk. Log file:

This is a 32 bit process running on 2 x 32 bit CPUs
PortIO is installed and running.
Found 4 I/O Ports.
Found 0 Com Ports.
Found 3 windows drives C: D: E:
Found 2 CD/DVD drives D: E:

Playing 79Unlock Audio CD
Pausing 79Unlock Audio CD, after 500mS
Ejecting 79Unlock Audio CD
Setting bit 3 @ 0x5BD
Executing code in Ram
Done!

3. Go to unlock folder and rum command 79unlock X. It then says "done".

This is where I run into a wall. I go to jungle flasher and try to
restore firmware or even dump but get the error message with jungle flasher

Weird thing is it reports my vender as Fujitsu and firmware 000000000x5 or something similar. So I have no idea what firmware is on it.

dell e1505
Running Windows Vista 32 bit w/ latest updates
Intel centrino dual core
2 gigs of ram
Radeon x1400
160 gig hard drive
bios version a17

Thanks to anyone in advance who helps me out. This is really frustrating.

Sounds like you may have selected the wrong drive when you are trying to read your firmware.

On the Hitachi Tab, to the left does it say Name : DVDROM GDR3120L ?

If not, you need to select the correct port from the drop down box above.

I am not sure but I cant remove the current firmware iextreme 1.4. This is what it looks like in the jungle flasher.

Then I try to unlock the drive

The Unlock 79 Command

Try to dump/restore firmware

I have also installed IO drivers and the Hitachi drive is visible in the device manager hope this helps.
