I recently lost my channels on my starview one box. I rescanned for them and only some channels came back E.g. Espn and Sky Sports Xtra. I didn't find Sky Screens 1 & 2 or Sky Sports 1, 2 & 3. I tried to scan again now all the channels have the "scrambled or bad channel" message, and I still haven't found the sky channels mentioned.
Have the frequencies changed on the channels because the codes haven't changed.
i really dont know if the frequency have changed, or if a new update is available, hopefully some 1 that is still using one can help but it would help if you said what area you are in, but for now if you try a factory reset, scan in the channels from your provider, then when all channels or what channels come in when scan is finished
press menu 1570 another menu will appear and make sure emu is on.

also can anybody else shead some info or imput here!!
click here and is it the starview or the box you have as you will see both boxes there and dont want to get software mixed up
also reply with what area you are in it may help for someone else to answer you if they know where you are
have you a splitter or extension on coaxial if so remove, factory reset and auto scan and emu to on,sometimes breakdowns happen and you lose a few channels, maybe try in a day or 2.
