I would say that home screen search thing is a whole lot like the the search function on the 3.0 OS for iPhone/iPod. But imitation is supposed to be the most sincere from of flattery.

I think the Genie said it best..."Often imitated, but never duplicated!"

I do like like the camera working faster thing. That was one of the reasons I switch to the "Jesus phone". That and the Android market moving more toward pay apps.

I hope with this system update they decide to put in java for the web and the copy, cut & paste commands so you can copy something from a web site and put it in a text message.

Not sure, far as i can tell there is no global OS hook for copy paste and each app has to write it in... So might no be on this release... does appear a bit of an over sight... just another reason why its fun to be able to play with android with my tytn II but still be able to drop back to WM6.1 when i need to do some work. Although it looks like it now support vpn connections :)

Still looks like turn by turn sat navs there by at least two providers now... although i wish tomtom would port to android, but i guess that will never happen cus o the same reason they pulled support for the WM version lol

Oh well at least until then there is the Metal Detector app to keep you happy :-p
