Ok, I'm sure this has been posted before now but I can't really seem to find what I'm looking for in particular. Here is my situation. I have STARFALL which doesn't check for the system version of my wii. It enables be to play trucha signed games. I have a WiiKey modchip and I am on system version 3.2u If anyone knows what do to or has a pretty detailed link as to what to do I would really appreciate it. Also, I dont mind losing the ability to not play trucha signed wii games. Thank you so much in advance.

UPDATE: Nevermind. I got tired of waiting and decided to just update it through nintendo and the internet and now it works just fine. Thanks anyways. apparently i can play any game that hasnt been trucha signed, which is kind of a bummer because i totally recoded manhunt 2 so it would be uncensored but I kind of got my fill of that game anyways.

You could still use Trucha Bug on 4.1 firmware.

DOP-IOS will install the latest version of IOS's and patch them for Trucha Bug. You will however need a cIOS to run DOP-IOS.

Do you have a cIOS installed (if so what version)?

Do you have the Homebrew Channel installed?

Depending on your answer to the above question will determine what guide you should use in my sig.

I do not have a CIOS installed but I dont have a softmodded wii either. Yes I do have the homebrew channel.

If you want trucha bug restored then follow the 4.1 Firmware Softmod Guide in my sig.

All you need to do is the below sections...

SD CARD PREPARATION:
DOWNGRADE IOS15:
PATCH IOS36:
RESTORE IOS15:
cIOS38_rev14:
IOS60Patched: (you do not have to do NeoGamma R7 part since you have a modchip).
DOP-IOS:

You can have both modchip and softmod installed at the same time.

well it didnt work. I tried to do the DOP IOS thing and everytime I did it I had to restart the application form the SD card. If I tried to do one right after the other I would tell me there was an error and send me to the Hombrew channel.

UPDATE: My bad, user error. redoing it now. accidently skipped a part... and now it works. thank you so much dude. I was worried i wouldnt play my uncensored manhunt 2 again.
