does anyone know if somewhen in the game it is possible to fly a plane or a helicopter(except to the sixaxis tutorial)?
is there a flying school or something like that?
(i know there is a helicopter cheat but i dont want to use it)

You can steal one from the airport in the north east corner of the first island (they're in the north end of the airport and you will get a 4 star wanted level for going in there). And there's a helicopter tour place you can also steal helicopters from in the south east corner of the center island.

Unfortunately you cannot fly planes in GTA4 only helicopters.

There are also several others around the city that don't show up until you do certain missions, and one that gets unlocked when you get 100% completion. There are lots of maps of these available...just google "GTA4 vehicles map"

Thank you very much.
I found the helicopter in the east south of the middle island.
somewhy i couldnt find the helicopter in the airport of the first island, i found only the landing space of the helicopters(the big H with the circle) but there was no helicopter.
i found a vehicles map in google and i found many places but there was only landing place.
