please someone just help me get this done with.
I keep getting sending vender intro
vender intro failed whenever clicking benq unlock.
i have the drive half way open and everything.
im so frustrated.

BenQ doesn't need the tray half opened.

Make sure it shows up as vad6038 and that you have the correct port selected.
