Jungle Flasher not detecting Lite On Drive (Using SATA VT6421A PCMCIA )

I have a 74850 C Lite On. Using Jungle Flasher 0.166 Beta.

I'm using a PCMCIA SATA Card with my laptop with the 6421 VIA chipset below.

I can power my CK3 pro and eject my dvd drive. All cables hooked up but my jungle flasher CAN NOT detect my dvd drive under the "dvdkey32" tab. Tried all the i/o ports. I have Port IO installed manually (only option)and have Framework 3.5. I've tried leerage step of removing "viamraid.sys" but jungle flasher still can't pick up drive.

I'm using VIA RAID Controller - 3249 driver date 7/10/2008

and also tried 6421 driver with little success.

Tried using different SATA cables from PCMCIA to drive.

Any help?

I guess it's an issue of my laptop detecting my dvd drive.

i had some issues initially but all it was in the end was i hadn't ticked the usb box in JF. done that and all was good.

watcha mean? the USB Xtractor switch? I'm using CK3. it's greyed out.

I just need jungleflasther to detect my lite on drive.

Do you I have a bad SATA VT6421A PCMCIA card?

yeah i use the CK3 pro as well and i had my lite-on all hooked up as per the instructions including the usb cable to the CK3 board, i then fired up JF only to have problems finding the drive.

checked the manual again only to read that the tick box for the usb connection should of been ticked. Done that, cycled through the ports and it found the drive and job's a good'un.

i take it you loaded the software for the usb drivers?
