I just got my dummy.bin and shit from the lite-on and saved them in a new folder, and then it asked for the ixtreme, i pressed yes, but it wasent in the same folder as them, can i just go on and ignore that ixtreme thing, or should i go threw the first steps again in the tutorials

You have to have iXtreme in the firmware folder (within the Jungle Flasher folder) to take advantage of the autospoof feature. Just load iXtreme into target and click spoof to source to target.
