broken DVD motor, what are my options for GC games?

I'm completely sold on the usbloader system. I love having all my wii games on a hard drive. Even if my drive was working I would still chose to use usb loader. The only problem I have is GC games. I have no way to play gc games.

Does anybody have any suggestions for fixing my drive? I believe the motor is burned out because the disc doesn't spin. It ejects and sucks it in just fine and the laser turns on but the disc never spins.

IMHO, buy a new/replacement drive. Optical drives are a "commodity item" and the manufacturers don't even repair them. Unless you are 100% sure that it's the spindle motor you may be running "a fool's errand" in trying to repair it.
