dm500c and chorus cable - auto scan hangs?

Hi Guys...
Im in Limerick City and when i do an autoscan on Chorus (either chorus cable or just 'chorus') i find transponders...
But then in the very next step when the DM queries the transponder, the box just seems to hang and finds no channels...
This is very strange to me as when i used my dm500t on my mmds setup across town it worked fine
i am using the exact same image as was on my dm500t, could this be a problem
its a dw 2.0 as far as i can remember with ccccam.
Any advice??
Manual scan finds nothing...
I've been using 00322and up Mhz, 06875, 64Qam with no luck?
Help appreciated guys...

Yeah its good.
We have one of those sagem grey chorus boxes and its working fine...
Do you know if a power inserter like for mmds is needed for cable? Im guessing definetly not...

Any idea's if an image for dm500t would work on a dm500c?

Or for a manual scan of chorus Limerick city, what values would i be looking at?

Default frequency should be 00322 or 00323 or 00324.

Im in Swords in dublin and i have a Sag@m box, it about 2 years old, i can scan channels and picks them all up on the epg, but when i go to any station is just blank, i can see EuR0news and one music station and thats it

Image from 500t is the exact same for 500c on chxxus, just back up your image with Dreamup/DCC and reflash to other unit selecting 'No' to 'Flash Erase'.
