Cannot get wave3 to play with 1.6 , Help

I have a 360 that has been modded with ixtreme 1.4 for over a year now.
I have not backed up any games for several months. During this period the only change to my system has been that a rented copy of Fight Night 4 installed an update to the Xbox OS, which I think is called the Experience(?)
Just recently 2 games came out worth making backups for. Which were batman and madden10, these being wave3 games I had to update to 1.6 for my Benq.
After downloading the latest version of iprep and ixtreme, and flashing my drive, I still cannot get these games to play. My old backups of older games play still.
When attempting to play these 2 new games, the OS reads them as a DVD (not a game) and after launching, goes to a white screen with an Xbox360 logo on it, and stays there.
Anyone have experience with this problem? Know what I need to do to fix it? Did the update that Fight Night installed screw me?
Please help :)

Sounds like you actually didn't get the firmware upgraded. Another possibility is if you didn't set the layer break correctly when burning.

test out to see if those backups work on someone's console who has 1.6. If so, then you need to reflash
need jtag help? Xbox 360 console repair? PM me or chat |

Are you patching them with abgx? iextreme 1.6 will not play any games that aren't stealth patched.

Hm interesting
mine is ixtreme 1.41
and plays wave3 games WITHOUT stealth patch
madden10, batman, dirt2
Hm.....
And I didn't even do the wave3 patches either

Are you using abgx?? 1.41 is able to play games that aren't stealth patched, but 1.6 is blocking you from playing it, unless it is run through abgx360, or if you have a prepatched ISO. It's done for safety reasons, in order to keep people from playing bad rips.

Just letting you know there is no such thing as iXtreme 1.41. I'm sure you were referring to iXtreme 1.51.
