Before you read this i know i am very dumb.

Ok here is the story i bought some xbox's and peaced them out so i don't remeber what drive goes to which motherboard??!! is there anyway i could them together with out risking getting banned? thank you!

Are both of them new?
If not you can check what mainboard most likely matches which drive,otherwhise you´ll have to risk ONE of them by using a game disk.

No risk for getting banned there. If it is the wrong drive it will simply say to play this put it in an xbox 360 console. If not it works.

They can't prove anything by you change the DVD drive. They don't say you can't replace hardware in the console. It states you cant circumvent copyright protection by modifying the system. You won't get banned for swapping your drives around.
