im about to flash my xbox, and i do apologize for the newb question bt im running vista 64, will i be able to flash my xbox or do i need to be running 32 bit operating system, i read some where that i wouldn't be able to flash running a vista 64 operating system, i do appriciate the help

You can do all the flashing through Windows. You will need DosFlash v1.8 to read and flash the firmware. You will use Jungle Flasher to prepare your firmware.
thanks alot for the help guys, i appreciate the hospitality as that was my first post so thanks again, my drive is a benq, im gonna download DosFlash v1.8, can i use a bootable usb drive with Dosflash ?
