SV4 loss of channels (UK)

I woke up this morning to find that all the channels on my SV4 had disappeared.
Did a factory reset and scanned again (no splitter). I'm in North Yorks on ex-CW.

The channels are now all over the place and I although I have some pay channels (eg SSports2) I am missing others (eg SSports1 and Comedy Central channels).

Anyone have any ideas? Normal Virg services inc iplayer are working fine.

Could this be related to the fact that my signal levels seem to vary and are generally much lower than usual?

The quality's still at 99% but the level can drop as low as 20%.

Anyone have any ideas? I've had it a while and it's always been fine.
