Hi i have a quick question. I have a broken samsung ms28 drive and i was wondering if i could swap the pcb board with a benq drive? thank you!!

No. The PCB boards don't match and the firmware is different. You will need to dump the DVDkey from the Samsung MS28 and spoof it to the BenQ.
